I've actually found that some models (Nakayama, for example) will spawn as NPCs, but won't spawn at all as ragdolls, while other NPCS will only spawn half the time as ragdolls, such as bandits. This is frustrating as I wanted to use the models in SFM, if it's at all possible to get the source file directly from someone, that would be very helpful!

lol love how crazy earl's (I think that was his name) head is big just like in borderlands 2.
btw for anyone who deosnt know what im talking about if you move the camera just right so you can see through the walls to the black market his head is huge.
