People who don't understand that the mod ID is the number at the end of the URL shouldn't be allowed to mod due to their stupidity

I changed the meaning of the mods, it doesn't change anything, isn't it possible to adjust the mod? is there no panel?

@Oflin, try to adjust the load order for the mod up or down once. Worked for me and my Highlands base is sunny again :>

I have noticed more rain as well. Usually right as I start a new session though. It'll rain FOREVER. When it finally does stop, it seems as though it never rains again.
