If you think the ability to do that is too easy, or overpowered then just..don't. It's easier to just choose not to abuse a mechanic than to tell the mod author to do it for you

"Workers can also plant forests on un-owned tiles outside your borders." does it work just in neutral tiles or it also applies to all tiles in general...????
Everytime I click in an in-game menue (excluding the pause menu) the error pops up and when the AI's turn came around it popped up about every second, although it might have been during individual AI player's turns.
One other player was in the Industrial Age and as far as I know they attempted to plant a forest and that might have been the actual cause, however the icon for reforestation in game (not in the tech tree but on the UI) was just a bright green square as if the texture was missing.
Is there a way to fix this without losing my save file? I can't play the game with it happening every couple of seconds.

Makes no sense at all. There is a reason why they didn't grow there in the first place.
What I'm wondering, is why isn't there more mods like this, that let the players terraform the entire game world of civ.
I was hoping that maybe you could make a mod that allows players to make mountains, hills, rivers, (coasts and lakes).
I reckon that would be an awesome mod you could make. Please man make it, I beg you!
