Either way you are right,he does have right to DMCA the addon which i already know and respect the right way
But i broke the rule

because of some person who doesn't know better, aka the one who did the take-down, plus, it' fair use to put anything on here. (but it was kinda scumbag-ish of you to add someone's coding in it, i suggest adding new codes and stuff to bring it back up, love ya work hirasmous!)

@⭐️Rykyuby Dust⭐ My GMod doesn't crash and i only got 2 reports for gmod crashing with my addon so therefore your GMod might be broken or conflicting with another addon
