- Overhauled wing and floats
- Increased vertical stabilizer area

the fuel trimming thing doesnt show fuel in the tail

Don't pitch up early on when you are not fast enough to takeoff.

It's still possible to takeoff without enabling reduction gear (burns more fuel). You just need to let it gain enough speed before pitching up for takeoff.
Also even with enabled reduction gear, fuel consumption is not high. Check fuel consumption instruments for expected flight time.
Updates before v1.0 was more stable, now it feels unstable. Each of the last two updates broke most of my vehicles and I had to update some of them twice. It started to become tiring.
I suggest "Replace Color" tool in the editor.
Gyros are the lightest blocks. What do you propose for replacement?

Mainly water fins push the floats off water. I used gyros because they are lighest blocks.

Because there is no need for radiator and fluid hoses for it created extensive air drag.
