Worth noting, particularly for HoppingBird, I actually *did* get grab and z-air in!
[Part 2]
Just play and watch some more Melee to see how Samus really feels. The original point of 100% accurate characters was that their playstyle should still feel very much the same, but exaggerated. You should be able to have actual matches that look like a lot like typical top level Samus matches. 100% Fox is also very exaggerated, but he just makes it feel like you're an actual pro level Fox player wtih great tech skill. Even without the parody element, it's still a great character to play, and imo that's what the 100% accurate characters should aim for. If that's not your goal, you can ignore what I said, but it would be such a waste, since I love playing characters like 100% Fox and Meta Knight.
- make her floaty
- give her crazy air mobility when she uses bombs
- make the bomb jumps work
- give her the short hop double missile thing
- give her the super wavedash
- bigger range on Ftilt (almost sword range)
- bigger range on Bair
- give her crouch cancel Dstrong
There is much more, but these were some things that immediately came to mind.
for all of you who are saying she's too light, any recommendations? I don't know much of that side of things for melee.
