im not sure that this is working, the city doesn't have a navmesh.

by now everyone on the workshop should know the difference between AI nodes and a navmesh

is this just a copy of gm vj city at war by DrVrej? or something else? I'm not going to subscribe because this might just be a copy of original work that took 4 years, please tell me if I am wrong.
