saddy i don't have skills to do it. it's a mod that was made by somebody who deleted it long time ago. all i did is tweaking it a little bit, as i remember it never worked with vj base from the very beginning.
but if you find somebody who can make it compatible with vj base and post it as a separate addon i woudn't mind.

I'm not sure if you'd still be willing to make alterations to this mod... But would you possibly be able to remove the conflict it has with VJ Base? I have no idea what that might entail, so if you can't / don't want to, that's understandable.

there's a menu where you can make yourself neutral and be against everyone.

if you have a combine player model citizen npc's gonna react to you as an enemy and vice versa.
