I have used the Snail on several different planet starts and in all of them it performed brilliantly!

When they don't kill all the predators, the turrets are a great "warning system" so I know there is something hostile around.

It's absolutely OP on supplying my initial fuel needs as well through the easy wood harvest, keeping the food from spoiling, etc. for less than 1/2 the price of a starting SV. It's even more useful in some custom Project Eden scenarios where you don't have the Damaged Hoverbike available.

The only modification I've done was to remove the bottom turret and 1-2 Container Extensions (plus the O2 tank) in order to have CPU to place a constructor there (hence it can make its own ammo).

1. Goes out to harvest some wood using Snail's harvester (much easier than when doing it manually).

2. Hears it shooting at something.

3. Loots the hostile creature taken down.

It's probably a bad coincidence with a "chain reaction effect". Because there was no publication from him in December. I think it's more a new untalented builder, I may be wrong, but it doesn't really matter.

Game prefab is something different, devs seems to select players with whom they have a close relationship.

Maybe its because your stuff has been recommended on youtube videos? there are some really nasty egos on here it seems. Personally im pointing the finger at ZeroG man. Four submissions up on the front page right now, and much better designs got pushed off for it.

I think people are getting underhanded to get their design immortalised in the game prefabs or something, its killing the spirit of the community a bit.

I always got 1 or 2 early downs since I've started to build for Empyrion like someone have suscribed just for that. So I know how hard it is for talented new creators to be on top of the week. But since december 2019 it's taken to a whole new level.

It often happens when there's a poor concept on best of the week. All good designers seems to be striked until he vanished from it. That could lead on a chain reaction, my Loki BX20 got more than 20 downs and this one got 10 downs in 1 hour ...

Yeah i had the same issue Momo, my submission for a hovertank has vanished too?!? the same 5 downvotes every time. This build is amazing, you are the master of efficiency!
