Do you have the easyheresy.zip in your /mod folder? If so, check the easyheresy.mod file. It should say archive="mod/EasyHeresy.zip" in it.
If you have the mod checked, once you launch the game, try to look for a decision called "Show heresy decision list". Once you have that checked, the list of decisions for conversion should pop up. The list of heresies won't show up unless you have clicked that decision first.
Did you remember to check the mod in the launcher? If it's not there, try checking your /mod folder. Steam workshop should have automatically downloaded the file. If not, let me know, and I'll upload a direct download link.
Huh, I wasn't aware that console command change religion doesn't work with all religions. Neither does this mod though, it covers primarily heresies, since those tend to be the most challenging ones to change to using legitimate methods. In fact, the whole reason I made this was because I found it frustratingly difficult to get a Yazidi Cult started as the Abbasid Emperor.
