Have you considered giving the vampire counts the Mourngul hero? Or would the scripts be too difficult?

I think their place in the tech location is more fitting, both Crypt Ghouls and Crypt Horrors are tied to the Strigoi, and their techs represent that specifically. Incantations of Ushoran, Cannibalistic Rituals, and Strigoi Legacy, only one reflects on Mournguls.
While with Invoke Animalistic Hunger, Beastmaster, and Blood Hunts only one doesn't reflect on the Mournguls, Beastmaster. So I think Guv made the right decision here.

Seeing as Crypt horrors share the same Lord Skill buffs as Vargheists and Vargulfs, I thought it was alright, besides the Mournguls look rather "vampiric" in a sense, don't they? Just keep in mind I had to analyse and it was a hard decision, so I just sticked to the one which made more sense, since they share the same building as the Vargheists I just figure why not share the same tech tree too? :P
