Hmm... I have all of those. Is it possible that it becomes disabled by Dynastic Elective Succession? (I'm not sure if that's a succession law exclusive to HIP?) Thank you.

I just modified the mod to allow you to see the conditions.

the hidden conditions remain are:
-is feudal
-is adult
-current heir is adult
-not gavelkind
