Report a translation problem
As for the currency cost if not using realistic mode, The box in the bottom right of your screen lets you choose the currency used when building anything. It appears any time you select anything to build.
I just set another pump pretty near to the customs and now it works
I have the same problem on a new map.
I used to use this to 'make' oil money before building anything but now moth1234 probably is right.
When connecting only oil wells -> huge tank -> customs (loads of pumps on the way) it does not work anymore.
Would be pretty bad if I need a refinery since I don't even have people in my republic yet.
You must use cheats to place it because custms houses are not available to place normally.

I've added a note about destroying this building. It cannot be destroyed directly because of limitations of the game.
It would be nice to be able to destroy the silo - but I'm afraid the current game implementation doesn't provide such a possibility, so it's on the game developers, not modders ...
Unfortunately you cannot leave the silo after you have built it.
Of course it's a bit stupid if you accidentally built it in the wrong place.
Could you possibly change this?
