In my mod Rise of Dragons I have greenskins with 4 levels of gemstone mine and some people have been asking me to make it work with your mod, I think best solution is to add it to your mod is it is there only when people want it.
Basically it is just one line in building_effects that will add gems to building in my mod and will be harmless if my mod will not be present. I can send you pack with that added line over discord.

As far as I know, the bug is a Greenskin building bug that also exists in vanilla. And even if it's because of my mod, there's no way to solve it right now. Sorry.
I changed effect of building. So check it works fine.
Can you tell me which settlement it happened to? And I recommend you to delete the mod once and re-subscribe to it again.
No need to update.
