this is pretty good. but i think it needs a buff. shotguns should have 2 volleys. and add range 6 with 10% hit chance

As the others said, it's very much appreciated to see an actual explanation of the mod. This trend of mods having barely sensible names and no description is a plague.

thanks for the table. that helps put things into perspective. I never noticed the range problem but i ALWAYS take deadeye one everyone because i hate not hitting. that might mitigate this issue for me.

Im glad to see not only the exact number comparisons here but also that there is someone with mod devving capabilities (not just for this game but for any game really) who doesn't respond to a broken feature by breaking it in the other direction (ie making shotguns sniper rifle esque to fix the issues here) Sometimes I think that Im the only person who wants actual balance rather than being op in a game, although admittedly Im currently fighting my own laziness to learn enough about code to start modding some of that stuff myself.

TLDR good job, like that you showed the exact numbers and made the change only as big as needed.
