@Burak türkçe link neden silindi?
Burak 17 Feb, 2023 @ 12:12pm
Hi. I translated your mod in Turkish. Link: {LINK REMOVED}
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 28 Apr, 2021 @ 5:12am
I've increased the priority of the 'Evaluation' exam. Let me know if you see an improvement.
madcucumber 28 Apr, 2021 @ 1:32am
Hi, I'm also very much enjoying this mod. However I have the same problem that Jenbles does, with the doctors doing no evaluation and instead try everything else. But on the other hand, people who seek medical treatment for a sunburn most probably deserve a nice colonoscopy in the process. :steammocking:
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 23 Feb, 2021 @ 12:27am
Hi both. I'll look into those issues for you.
🏳️‍⚧️ Jenbles 22 Feb, 2021 @ 10:15pm
Hi! I'm also having the issue where doctors will not run Evaluation as part of their standard workup before sending patients off to obs - have tried increasing the priority manually but I don't really know what I'm doing there & it hasn't had any effect.
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 5 Dec, 2020 @ 2:47am
Thank you so much! Glad you're enjoying the mod.
Jebeddo 4 Dec, 2020 @ 4:06pm
I just discovered this mod alonga bunch of others. Before, my life was full of Influenza and Hepatis, but now I discovered the pleasure of spending 30 minutes with a patient in rush hour to discover he swallowed some money or stuck her big toe. It's both hilarious and infuriating, probably far too realistic, and I LOVE IT.
Thank you !
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 23 Sep, 2020 @ 1:08am
No problem :)
Serotonin 22 Sep, 2020 @ 1:23pm
Brilliant thanks moo! <3
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 11 Sep, 2020 @ 2:38am
Fixed! The treatment has been changed to 'rehydration' as 'home treatment' caused issues.
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 11 Sep, 2020 @ 1:42am
Hello! Yes it was just added. No problem, I'll look into this now.
Serotonin 10 Sep, 2020 @ 3:22pm
Is food poisoning added with this mod? If so i'm having issues with patients not being treatable with 'home treatment'. They just hang around in the hospital until leaving untreated or dismissed.
The_Phillipus 19 Aug, 2020 @ 6:19pm
Ok i'll try it out and reply with a screenshot if it happens again. Thanks!
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 19 Aug, 2020 @ 11:15am
Hi phmurray9, confirmation from a fellow modder - evaluation is priority 22 of any doctor with 'general medicine' qualification. Hospitalization treatments have no priority and are only prescribed when an examination or treatment is linked to hospitalization. The only symptoms of 'hickey'are bruising and swelling, neither of which can lead to hospitalization.
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 19 Aug, 2020 @ 4:39am
Evaluation should be part of every default doctors procedures but I'll look into this for you. Perhaps the new update has changed this.
The_Phillipus 18 Aug, 2020 @ 5:43pm
I'm having an issue where "hickey" is discovered through the test "evaluation" but doctors in my ER won't run the test before hospitalizing a patient. Is there a fix for that?
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 11 Jul, 2020 @ 3:29am
Great thanks James. I'll add these to my list :)
James 11 Jul, 2020 @ 3:10am
@Moomin I had a few suggestions (diagnoses) for you to add

Dust in eye (Something like dust goes into the eyes)

Panic Attack

Heatstroke/Heat Exhaustion

Minor Headache

Motion Sickness

Suspicion of a Dangerous Disease (like skin cancer from a mole)
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 11 Jul, 2020 @ 2:27am
Hey there. Very good idea, I'll get it added soon :)
76561198877266831 10 Jul, 2020 @ 6:16pm
Very interesting mod! Thought of food poisoning in project hospital and this came in mind.

BTW do you have food poisoning cases in your mod? If so that should be very fun.
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 27 May, 2020 @ 2:11am
No problem! The mod currently has 13 additional diagnoses, but will keep expanding.
Damn3d 26 May, 2020 @ 4:09pm
It's perfect, i will add it very soon :)

Thanks again, how many new Diagnoses are in your mod ? :D
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 26 May, 2020 @ 1:28pm
The AI doctors should always be able to diagnose the patients without player help provided you have all the facilities they require. If i remember rightly they do need X-ray and Echo exams on certain occasions.
Damn3d 26 May, 2020 @ 1:20pm
This mod interest me !
But for those who play without doctor mode. How the IA doctor manage the patient problem ?

Except in trauma, i don't watch everywhere how the doctor works!

So it's ok for me if they perturb my staff routine but i don't want to be warning every minute "I don't know what to do :D" !

Thanks, and bravo for the idea :)
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 5 May, 2020 @ 7:48am
Indeed, Crusty Butt is right. The purpose of this mod is to add stress to your hospital and create an added challenge.
Frivolity 4 May, 2020 @ 6:28am
@指间丶红晕 You can use observation to prevent that.
指间丶红晕 4 May, 2020 @ 6:18am
2页疑似疾病,3页未检测,6页检测。我加了其他MOD,如癌症,妇科病,性病等。。。。病人是在检查过程中离开的。
Frivolity 4 May, 2020 @ 5:41am
Protip: When there's only 1 unknown symptom left, use differential diagnosis/evaluation to avoid a lot of unnecessary examinations.
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 4 May, 2020 @ 3:22am
Translation for reference:

The author is amazing. . . One of my patients was examined for a day and night, and they could not find anything, and then left without paying a penny. . . . . I can tolerate the time spent on my diagnosis, but it didn't feel too much for me to do so many checks for a penny. . . . .

Thanks for your kind words. As for your issue with a patient leaving without paying, that's the same for any vanilla diagnosis that is left untreated. Do you remember what the symptoms were? I can assist you with what exams needed to be performed?
指间丶红晕 4 May, 2020 @ 12:15am
作者厉害了。。。我的一个病人检查了一天一夜,啥都查不出来,然后一分钱不给就走了。。。。。占用我的诊断时间我能忍,但是做了那么多检查一分钱不给我觉得很过分啊。。。。。
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 3 May, 2020 @ 2:38pm
Hello all! With the new update, 'Toe Pain' is no longer a symptom of 'Stubbed Toe'. Due to the way Project Hospital instantiates new patients, it's possible that you will still receive a patient with the 'Toe Pain' symptom for the next 12 hours or so, however they will not be able to be diagnosed. Unfortunately you will have to send them away; the alternative (removing the symptom) would corrupt saves so this was the best option.

There is now X1 new diagnosis and X1 new symptom! What will they be? No one knows... well I do... and you will soon enough.

Full change notes can be found on our discord (link above).
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 29 Apr, 2020 @ 7:23am
You are most welcome!
Serotonin 29 Apr, 2020 @ 7:22am
Brilliant :) Thanks Moo <3
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 29 Apr, 2020 @ 5:06am
Hangover no longer causes collapse. Thanks for the reports.
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 28 Apr, 2020 @ 12:52pm
Haha! Thank you for this. What I'll do is make a custom 'dehydration' that doesn't lead to collapse. Should get it updated within the week.
Serotonin 28 Apr, 2020 @ 11:45am
I've had a few collapses from hangover as well in my hospital, end up in trauma centre sleeping it off lol. I think its the dehydration that leads to collapse (?) I mean I've had a few hangovers that left me feeling like i need a IV drip so, i guess thats how these patients feel eh lol. Only annoyance is a bed is occupied with them paying what is it £75, instead of a better paying trauma case. I do find it amusing though in game :D
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 25 Mar, 2020 @ 6:56am
Haha! Collapse from hangover... I'll check this now
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 23 Mar, 2020 @ 6:05am
Haha! Perfect! That's exactly what I was hoping for.
ArSeNiC^ 23 Mar, 2020 @ 4:54am
Great great :) Already 4 hung over douchbags who nearly killed a man by bugging the xray staff xD Love it
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 23 Mar, 2020 @ 4:13am
Your wish is my command.
ArSeNiC^ 23 Mar, 2020 @ 3:12am
Hey! You should not include the <RequiredEquipmentList> on the ModTreatments for Pass naturally. I don't think that needs an actuall perscription :P The doctor just tells the patient to pass it if you take away that requirement and just leave the requiredroom 'receipt' tag. You should probably remove it from Warm compress as well, but that's your call :)
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 11 Mar, 2020 @ 6:06pm
Why thank you.
Frivolity 11 Mar, 2020 @ 7:32am
Great job patching fast :)
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 11 Mar, 2020 @ 6:30am
!LOC! bug fixed. Just reboot game and all text will be back to normal.
Moomin Littlesocks  [author] 11 Mar, 2020 @ 6:21am
It would seem that way! Ok, I'll look into this now.
Frivolity 11 Mar, 2020 @ 5:36am
Earache as well, it's becoming increasingly likely that all your diagnoses and their corresponding symptoms and treatments are affected.
Frivolity 11 Mar, 2020 @ 5:29am
And sunburn
Frivolity 11 Mar, 2020 @ 5:28am
Sore throat diagnosis has the same issue
