Les dare un consejo, dejen el juego en ingles para que el mod funcione bien y les de los items que eligieron, ya que lo tenia en español y siempre me daba vasculitis, las gafas y otro item de lagrimas grandes a corta distancia, les digo para que no cometan mi mismo error.
I never tried with modded items, but i guess it would work.
If you want to do that, you should search for a mod/cheat to always enable achievements. So, you could select a custom seed and still have achievement.
If you want to reroll until you get the right seed (as this mod is doing) you will have to wait a looooooooong time until you get your seed ahah
L is to open mod config menu, if it's not working it's not the fault of my mod
The idea of the mod was to avoid restarting runs everytime we have a bad start, but in greed mode it takes like 2 seconds to check the shop, i didn't feel the need for it.
But if you feel the motivation to edit the mod for greed, i would happily update the mod with your work (and credit you ofc)
it's a simple text file, so you don't need any software or to compile code

mods in isaac are made in lua, it's really simple and doesn't need to be compiled, in other words, you can just open the file with a text editor and start editing :p
