@Alphamule I believe the "restrictions" is rather suggestions to the AI. However, using Traffic Manager you can set rules to any road that the AI will follow.

I've been trying to figure out how to make a road that is for buses only, no cars allowed. I gave up and tried this road hoping it would do exactly that, but it gets gummed up with cars just like all other roads.
