you can't use a glass submesh apparently, but glass sub-buildings work fine with growables. I didn't realize you could use sub-buildings with growables until recently (even tho I've done it before). Another asset that spices up my city! You should do more retextures, as some vanilla buildings actually look nice but not as high quality.
