Tolle kraftvolle Dieselloks

This is awesome. Loved Amtrak since I was young, and grew up watching the Capitol Limited & Late Shore Limited pull through Elkhart, IN.
Not sure if you're still checking this thread - but in the game I only have the New Haven & Veterans styles - the base Amtrak style doesn't show up for me. Any idea what I need to do?

The Heritage pack was not my work. It's from another modder (i don't remember which one).

what happened to the amtrak heritage pack phases?
i cannot find them, please bring them back!

Thankfully I got all phases of the P42s.

Will you make the Amtrak Phase III and Generic Version (both from 1992)? Will there be reverse versions for all of the P42s as well?

Thanks. They're nicer than the vanilla P42. However the textures appear low-resolution compared to other textures in the game, especially the Amtrak logo up close.

Also could we have a generic version?

@maik , Fair, I am going to fix that because I am going to use NA4Us P42DC. I just wanted to point out that your colors on 42 are wrong, and the blue bit is too small. The nose is gray and the back is stainless steel color

The vanilla rust / dirt textures that you still use, look just terrible. And I also animated the upper fan.

What I would love to see in the game is a C44-9 and AC4400. For some reason the C40-8 doesn't do it for me.

Did you build a new one or what do you mean by "updated"? At some point I will build the model nicely if nobody else does it.
Backwards should be possible, I'll take a look at that.

He I just wanted to let you know I had made updated version of these in my own pack I am finishing. I didn't know you were converting these

Love the model, i can finally have diesel intercity trains without having my eyes and ears bleed from the stock P42, but i have a request. a reversed version! while not common on long distance trains, due to the want to have at least 2 cabs facing in the direction of travel if the lead unit, for whatever reason, cannot stay as the lead one, on many medium range trains Amtrak will have a unit on the front and back of the train, cabs in opposite direction, as to prevent the need for turning the consist. With the "drive backwards" option in game this would be neat to replicate! :)
