Missing assets around the map, car store is missing all modded cars even though we have the mod, level 4 gun shop kicks players for accessing it

I found out how to fix the ability to not get the licenses! You need to install the Nylex Rp Content Mod to get the licenses!

and yes you are able to use the map for personal/server use
