I'll be honest with ya bro this map is terribly made if none of the links above fix your texture problem then it could be your missing a game for the textures like CSS.

Use pakrat to pack all of the materials and models into the map file (there are missing textures and models everywhere!)

chan_man thats not how it works, you don't just send a link to download 50 addons for one map so don't put links to collections (no one is going to download 10 addons for one map let alone 50!)

The only thing the ultimate edition textures are for are signs, though I am trying to figure out where the door textures could be coming from other than the site 19 assets.

Missing textures for all doors and the entire entrance zone. Other areas have missing textures too. Im guessing it could be the ultimate edition textures.
