does what it say it do. tested this up against a few other builds yesterday. just started playing this game. this one was by far the best at planetside pois.

jrandall's ships are legendary. The MXRSP T4D is actually descended from one of his - the MXR

I've been using the Merc-MX5E_ICM. Lost have my ship in space even with shields. Lucky to get back to my base and make repairs. I fly by the seat of my pants. I definitely need to watch my six. And below. Really appreciate the help. Looking forward to putting this into the air

yup it's my favourite! Just watch ur shields ;-) The front is a LOT of carbon blocks so at least it's cheap to fix in the repair bay!!! Can take a bit of a hammering - just don't get your back to the enemy :-)

I just tested the one that is carbon fiber. You are right, very agile. Going to put it into service.

I was looking at this Mod. I guess I was a little nervous about the exterior being carbon fiber. But I will try this out. I need speed and more agility. Thanks for the suggestion,

Thanks @WolfCat. You might want to check out the later "T4D" version on my workshop. It's more agile, faster(!), carries more and has more lift power, but at the expense of lower armor (relies on the shield to stay up). I've found the T4D ship VERY easy to live with in PvE. Could even add a few SV turrets - it has the CPU headroom

Like this design. I will be checking it out in creative mode. Have a feeling it will be added to my game play.

I've been looking for a ship that can burrow in, and blast through a POI wall. Might need to take down a shield to do it. Not hard, but trickier would be making the form factor small enough to get inside some POIs, and turn around in the tunnel you dig. And maybe a turret up front to kill Zirax.

If you use this ship, can you tell me how you found it? I'm trying to make practical ships for PvE Survival gameplay. Can you also tell me what you think its downsides are? I'd like to try to minimalize them.
