Only for one size atm, because I'm lazy :P
I put quite some effort on this one :)
However, the credit for the cat goes to Comrade kostas667 who made the initial version :) I kept the same windows, only changed the coloring for some.

It's true that building you mention could be a interesting candidate to reskin, I might look into it some time. I kinda hate it because of how asymmetrical it is (while the game doesn't allow mirroring, which is a huge fail when proposing asymmetrical buildings), it's very impractical to use ingame, so I don't really think about it. I think its uv-unwrapping is not very practical though, I have to check.
About L-shaped buildings, as I said under a previous mod, if you can provide me with 3D models and their UV unwrapping, I can do the texturing. That's literally all I can do :P
Maybe I should just describe them as Stalin era "Empire" housing projects, I don't know.
You can find my model in this link, the building on the corner of Kuusinen and Very Voloshinoi.
I would have added the brick motif of the very top as well, if the uv mapping allowed it, but sadly it didn't.
