After using the generator in a small building, bring it to the final courtyard, use the microphone in a room, then put the generator next to the tank, jump on it carefully, then take it with you and put it next to the upper floor, jump on it then go to the right, run and jump across the wall, then climb the stairs behind the helipad, wait for several minutes and the chopper will pick you up / you'll finish the mission.
