So I've loaded up this and taken screenshots then just SFO to compare. It seems like all of these things you've reported are coming from SFO and not this mod. I'll post a bug report to Venris.
after painting the map with the Wood Elves, I found a few more bugs / missing buildings (not sure if that is at all relevant any more though).
Yvresse - Tor Yvpresse: Main Settlement Building Chain is only T1, should be up to T5
Spine of Sotek - Mine of the bearded Mountain: Invcome Building (Forbidden Pool) is missing
Massiv Orcal - Massiv Orcal: Main Settlement Building Chain is only T1, should be up to T5
The Galleons Graveyard - The Galleons Graveyard: Main Settlement Building Chain is only T1, should be up to T5
The broken Lands - Karond Kar: Military Recruitment, Defence and Infrastructure Buildings are missing
Mootland - The Moot: Main Building Chain is up to T3 should probably be T5
Estalia - Magritta: Iron Mining Pit is there twice

I've doubled checked, we have all the welf superchain buildings in this mod, so anything from SFO will be in here. Do you have any specifics with a building that is missing, or a source for amber?
And what do you mean fix Wurrzag savag orc building chain? What is wrong with it? Specifics help heaps.
Works with SFO only.
Verified using only SFO, Mixus Unlocker and the fix...
