Does this mod foul if you kill the Dust King BEFORE talking to the Drunk?
Because I did.
So far have not tried the fix actions for the claiming yet. WIll attempt and then keep you posted if it does not work.

but do i HAVE to kill the dust king? I handed him in for the bounty and it says the tower still belongs to him.
you can build an impregnable city without crooked walls anywhere in the world, including in the sea using primitive terraforming.
Aftert importing my save i found the bandit and am now allied with PC - DKT, but still cannot build on the property and the building ownership hasn't changed.
Will the override work in this state of the save?
@Wolvgar the state relies on him being ok so putting him in a cage will work for the override. As for recruiting him there are other mods like recruitable prisoners to get that done.
Tried walking away till I couldn't see the tower, but maybe not far enough, hm...
