FU Solar Panel : 4W | Solar Array 10W | Solar Tower 24W
Avali Solar Panel: 3.5W | Avali Array 8.5W | Avali Tower 15W
Admin -> spawn (or craft in the Electronics Center/Power Station) the Solar Panel, place it, and scan it with the "Learn Blueprint by Scanning" Mod. that unlocks the recipe.
With the Solar Array and the Tower, crafting them in the Electronics Center/Power Station with Admin unlocks them.
Dont know why this doesnt work with the Solar Panel, but the Scan Mod helped.

This mod is important for playing FU in Avali Race (and I think it's a great mod), so if you can find out why, please fix it.

Also there is a Problem with unlocking these like others said. You can give them to you by Admin but then there are also other recipes unlocked once you have the panel/array which have nothing to to with the the panels. No recipes for the tower. I would suggest, until this is fixed, dont spawn the items themselves, spawn the recipes ( e.g. /spawnitem avali_fu_solararrayadv-recipe 1).
For Kumi: please remove learnBlueprintsOnPickup from all *.objects and patch the fu solarpanel/solararray/aolararrayadv.object files. There is a tutorial about it. Just add the name to the corresponding learnBlueprintsOnPickup-array per file. Otherwise look how fu patch files from the original game.
Especially with frackin, I guess just spawn in or print them at the Pixel Printer
Reason: /scripts/power.lua is now changed to /scripts/fupower.lua . Please adjust your mod accordingly.
