The voicepack is based on Robojumper's magic scripts, it works on both versions.

Too late. It's only a war crime if a civilian is involved. There's no mercy for either the Elders or ADVENT. What makes this mod better though is that there are two mods that also provide WWII clothing, as well as the weapons from that era as well.
