Can you add dye support? If that would break Mario's main colors, maybe take inspiration from the Big Chungus mod and make a separate playable with dye support.

would it be possible for you to make him hatless? so he puts on whatever hat you actually wear, instead of wearing said hat on top of his regular mario hat

Mario's hair clips trough his model when you aren't using him and it bothers me.

Besides that it's pretty good.
