What do you mean, exactly? It's a mutation that adds more fun to the game if you're literally done with grinding achievements or playing the campaigns through. You could install more campaigns, or have this universal gamemode to play on other maps, if you feel like "Healing Gnome" and "Headshots" aren't enough on their own.
