Alright, it finally worked. I may have like over 1,000 addons but that wasn't the case, I had to install the textures before the models.

then you probably have too many addons

And I keep reinstalling over and over, even tried reinstalling both of them.

Yeah, the textures show up as their actual names for the textures and not "Error" but the textures are errors.
