Beautiful reconstruction, XCaliber. More elegant than original. But it is not in compliance when the component limits are active on the server. It has a cockpit above the limit. And I miss the artillery turret to attack difficult targets from a distance.

Also to be fair even if he removed every RCS without changing anything else it would still be too high for T3 at 40791/30000.

I too prefer to see builds that move away form RCS, but this one is a specific case. Without serious overhauls of the thrusters placement and likely increased count than removing the RCS would quite literally cripple it. Currently the RCS is making up for 80% of the HVs Rol;l 42% of its' Yaw and an enormous 95% or it's Pitch.

I say good job on updating this to A11 and keeping it a spirited successor to the original. With the A12 updates to HV and CPU as a whole I would expect these values to climb on their own and future HV builds to be mark imrpovements in performance as the dust settles.
