Hi. I would give a suggestion for the Outlander Default Scenario (4 pawns, some food and so on).

Wouldn't be better to switch "Autopistol" with "Hunting Rifle?" Weapons provided by your scenario make a weak point about hunting, especially in 1.3 where animals flee in all directions when you shoot at'em.
Being Outlanders, in my opinion, means that you live by hunting and farming. Consider this if you want, please.

By the way, this is one of my favorite mods. Congratulations.

could you make it use a psd for the faction icon rather than a png? I think using a png is what causes it to appear blurry

Alright it should be fixed now. Hopefully you can now arrest your own pawns if they go in a mental break or misbehave with or without ideology as the outlanders.

Hey thanks for reporting, i'm still playing 1.2, but i realize i forgot to put in <initialResistanceRange> so that's why you can't arrest your own pawns if you're playing as the outlanders or the naked amnesiac in the scenarios.

I'll fix that now, hopefully it should be quick :slimehappy:

After some more testing, it seems this issue happens only when you're playing as an Outlander settlers factions, not when the mod is simply enabled in your save.

I think I found a bug, I'm playing as an Outlander Settlers, and I cannot arrest my own pawns. I disabled all of my mod but this one, and the issue has been solved since. This issue is since the 1.3 update, with the Ideology expansion enabled. Here are my logs :

You can see at the bottom that there is some issue with the "arrest" type job, I'll let you read it as I'm really no expert in coding

Hey ya'll, i just updated this mod for a long freaking time since i got bored, but now i just kinda jumped back into playing rimworld again...

Right now it's gonna have a compatibility fix with Vanilla Expanded Settlers and also detects some clothing mods like Vanilla expanded Apparel. I might come with other clothing mods since i heard the newest update with rimworld... :csgohelmet:
