Wouldn't be better to switch "Autopistol" with "Hunting Rifle?" Weapons provided by your scenario make a weak point about hunting, especially in 1.3 where animals flee in all directions when you shoot at'em.
Being Outlanders, in my opinion, means that you live by hunting and farming. Consider this if you want, please.

You can see at the bottom that there is some issue with the "arrest" type job, I'll let you read it as I'm really no expert in coding

Right now it's gonna have a compatibility fix with Vanilla Expanded Settlers and also detects some clothing mods like Vanilla expanded Apparel. I might come with other clothing mods since i heard the newest update with rimworld...
