On second thought, think I've lost hopes of this one coming to TWW3.
At least TWW2 still works.

Still waiting to see this one in TWW3 one day, I honestly miss it.

Almost got me tempted to reinstall TWW2 just to play it again.

I was playing as the high elves in warhammer 3 and the dragon gameplay is so fun and I thought of this mod.

Just finished Lava Wyrm spell - spell that obliterates area by summoning Lava Wyrms form the ground which will incinerate it with their fire breaths, also started working on Wildfire - spell that sets units on fire and spreads to anyone who is too close, be it friend or foe.

Sorry just realized I didn't really see your first post to me. I love that Empire dragon idea...maybe like a cathayan spy even, but lives like forever so eventually arose to be an elector count or something.

I didn't know she was on the radar for modders, I can't mod at all, but in my mind I always I had an idea of cathayan type dragon that can form shape, but he/she is thought of lost in time and his/her field was death/undeath so the other dragons shunned or looked down on him/her. And I LOVED the idea you had with this fire mod/nagash mod where they start off really weak and then turn into a powerhouse.I personally love vampire lore...just couldn't think of a way to explain a cathayan dragon also being a vampire, but i don't know. Anyway love what you do, one of my favorite modders excited to see whatever you do.

But of course all that will take lot of time, so for now I am focusing on porting fire and frost, then I will probably choose 2 factions from this list, but Omdra is pretty low prio because of work o Nagash and also she is from official lore, which means CA can one day implement her, or some other modder can (I have seen some modder or modders den already mention her)

Well I have thought about it, to be honest I have in my head multiple dragons factions.
My regular fire and frost.

Holy magic, crusading army/horde vs demons themed dragon with feathery wings like an angel.

Steampunk mechanical dragon with flying city as main base and various DaVincian contraptions

Omdra with her death magic (tho I already used my best undead ideas for Nagash spells)

Hidden dragon shifter in Empire faction who has to limit his use of strong dragon form and dragon units as Empire and its people will be against having monsters in their ranks.

Black dragon, ex dark elf slave ( maybe with multilated/cut off wings who later will be able to make herself magical wings mid battle as temporary replacement), leading slave rebellion vs dark elves.

I don't want to ruin your plans and I'm not asking you to do this. Just was thinking about this mod a lot recently and it kinda reminds me of Omdra the Dread from the dark lands in Tamurkhan's lore. except Omdra was also like a necromancer or something the lore on her isn't exactly in depth. Was mainly curious if you had ever thought about her.

Most of the stuff is working, now making fire spells (I want to have my own fire magic, and will do some touchups on grand spells as well), recently I have made decently looking River of Lava, now working on Volcano.

Porting right now, its not exactly task that can be done over night, and yea I will be updating units, spells, faction systems and who knows what else. If something will be too complex then I will port it as is and release and do some updating and adding new later, in patch or rerelease or something.

This mod is exellent. Its greatly enjoyable and refreshing to play original draconic based faction

Understandable. Take whatever time you need, I'm sure it'll be well worth it in the end.

I am currently working on it, but its pain and whenever TWIII dies or not from CA perspective does not concern me, it will not disrupt my process in any way.

Hopefully before the game itself dies at the current rate things are going for TWIII
