Gonna poke here to also add some input! Searching for Warframe only has one warframe mod show up, and it's Ideoligion symbols. the other mods that list aren't warframe related at all

@d0n41dth3gr34t The original did not include a license so I cant really give any explicid allow or deny for using the original material.
I usually add a MIT-license for any mod I publish so as long as that is followed you are free to use my version as a base. Drop a line if you publish it and ill add a link to it above.

The technoplague is proabably the infestation, wich looks like a zombie plague but its actually nanites that rewrite DNA , i belive. Its awesome that Mlie decided to update this, but im kinda sad that the original modder stopped at 3 Frames.

@CrackaJack iirc in the lore, basically all the adults who went into the void went mad, permanently. The kids who survived, got a connection to the void and are the operators of the warframe. I'm not sure about the "technoplague" you mentioned (It's been a while since I played.) But that's why the other factions can't control warframe.

@Mlie Basically to get how warframes work, (at the first level) is they work like how surrogates from the Android Tiers mod do, but only someone with Son of the Void would be able to pilot them. There is some later stuff that operaters can do, with a "leveled up" operator, but that should be enough for this as is.

i´d also love to see some dmg numbers, maybe ability descriptions..
iirc most warframes are kids infected with the "technoplague" that got sent into the "void" where they kinda mutated into warrior gods with different abilities. the fact you remotely control them with a teenager and the fact you can buy blueprints and build them(and no ai faction does that btw) dont seem to stress the devs at all.

I'll probably try this myself down the line, but seeing how I'm not done with even the first stage of re-building a mod list it might be a while till I even get to try it, let alone till I can give it's balance an evaluation.

The lore comes from the warframe f2p game, and AFAIK is nothing to write home about. It's some mumbo-jumbo about “teeno” remotely “piloting” those warframes. Also had something about ninjas I think and maybe something slightly time-related (cryogenic preservation I think?), unless I'm remembering it wrong.
But at the core it is (or at least was back in beta) an F2P grind-focused co-op shooter. So don't expect much from it's lore even IF I'm mistaken about it.
Never got me even the tiniest bit interested in it's lore while I played it, but that was back in beta and on top of it I'm not exactly a lore-appreciating kind of gamer – I'll take a manual over a backstory any day of the week.

@Reianor Seeing I have no knowledge of the lore of this mod I can only write about the mechanics. Ive added a brief description of that at the top. Anyone with a better knowledge of the lore are most welcome in writing a better description.

Seems like one of those mods that makes me sad.
Looking at the animated pics I get the impression that a lot of coding and thinking went into various abilities.
Looking at the description I get the impression that no thinking went into overall design and balance.

Would love to be proven wrong, but not harboring much hope about it.

In any case, this needs a better description. One that's actually sufficiently descriptive. I understand that re-writing descriptions for resurrected mods is not exactly an enticing idea, but this is one of the rare mods that really needs that.

Experiencing issue with ranged weapons as well. some warframe cant use fire with them first experienced it with Mag and Volt. if another pawn picks up the weapon the weapon it self seems broken.

there was a bug no path in survival food and sometime no path in teno cell fix. Hope you fix it soon:steamthumbsup:

@Holynevil You can not use prepareCarefully to create a warfame. But you can activate dev mode and generate it in game instead.

@Hanea According to Zaquan it was the Mav-pack. But you have the issue even if you only have this mod plus prereqs?
Is it the starting pods that get stuck ond/or also raid pods?

@Mlie I just tested with harmony, Hugslib and humanoid alien races. It is not this mod but the mod containing valkyr ash and mesa that is responsible for the bug

I pinned down a bug with this mod, transport pods (raid or beginning of a scenario) are stuck in the air and won't land. there a lot of scenario i couldn't play because the starting pawn where stuck in the pods.
Could be linked to incompatibility with another mod idk

i run any a actual bug my petty sure so if you see a warframe on a caravan and there are hurt if you save the game and full exit out and then reload the game and wait for some time the warframe will just die randomly because there wound even wind say wounds are not deadly also if not to much to ask do you think you can combine both the warframe mod into 1 pack is i dont see y people wood not wanna both but maybe that just me also head time if what i say make no sense my not good with grammar or spelling and english is also the own language i know

my have problem with the mod sadly i dont no y but it say i dont have alien race mod load wind i do i even try to restart the game even put this mod above it to see if that change any thing but nothing them seem to be work any ideas what wood be make this happen?

@DarkLordCabbage Great that the mod is appreciated. In regards to expanding the mod im mostly a coder and no gfx-artist. But if someone wants to make the graphics for some new models I can add them to the mod. I might need some info on the models as I am not familiar with Warframe lore.
