If you're looking to wear crowns and such, for lower tiered royal pawns try this mod:
Satisfactory Royal Tiers

I came across it while looking for this mod :cozybethesda:
fabio.pinhao.mello 15 May, 2022 @ 10:45am
Mlie, is there a mod that meddles with apparel requirements for royals? I have a knight that rejects the crown, and I would like to include the crown as a royal apparel or just remove the requirements completely.

update :
error fix

thanks Jernfalk
Jernfalk 10 Jun, 2020 @ 12:25pm
Those having Red Errors with this, here's my fix:
1 - Go to the folder: "YourLocation\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\2008359342\Defs\RoyalTitles".
2 - Open "RoyalTitles_Empire.xml" with a notepad.
3 - Erase all lines that say "<needFallPerDayAuthority>0.#</needFallPerDayAuthority>" (where # is a number from 1 to 4), there should be only 4 of those, starting at Knight.
4 - Save and reload Rimworld.

like this mod
Elv原则 10 Mar, 2020 @ 11:08pm
Is it compatible with megacorp?
Elardi 10 Mar, 2020 @ 10:21am
+1 to @B9802214 - I'd like to allow certain jobs, not all. e.g. Hunting is a noble passtime etc.
Peter Han 10 Mar, 2020 @ 4:30am
@yayo
I mean it's not just "unlock all job".
Only allow some job if noble Interested in it.

For example:
Count can not do any job.
But if he is interested in "Smith", only let him to do "Smith" job.

Can u make a option to choicece("unlock all job" or "Allow Interested Job")?
YAYO  [author] 10 Mar, 2020 @ 2:49am
@B9802214 Already it is.
Peter Han 10 Mar, 2020 @ 1:09am
@yayo
Can you make anothor version
Under the rules of vanilla
Allow nobles to work if they are interested

Did I hear pony?
Pokethulhu 3 Mar, 2020 @ 8:25pm
I want a pony.
-shhfiftyfive 2 Mar, 2020 @ 10:28pm
i want a mod that allows psychically deaf colonist to be able to use the royal psychic abilities
Sock Medic 1 Mar, 2020 @ 9:50am
A cool variant on this would be royals that get a big mood debuff from doing manual work, a debuff from doing work they have no passion for, a small debuff for doing work they have slight passion for (because of the guilt of still not acting like their station, despite liking it), and a slight mood buff for doing work they are very passionate for.
Dovenius 29 Feb, 2020 @ 9:30pm
You guys are stupid af lmfao either get this amazing and OPTIONAL mod for an OPTIONAL DLC or leave this mod page thats pretty much it
SolarTrashGuy 29 Feb, 2020 @ 8:39pm
I for one went into the title system blind, didn't realize my best character was slowly becoming a chad and wouldn't work at all. Thanks for saving my playthrough!
PistFissed 29 Feb, 2020 @ 6:30pm
I also have an opinion, but since I know mine sucks, I won't torture anyone with it.

Now for the only opinion that really matters:
I appreciate your work--thanks for the mod, yayo!
RR 29 Feb, 2020 @ 4:35pm
@ALE199-ITA it is a survival game, don't be a pedant. If people want to mod their game to have their characters fart gold it doesn't hurt your playthroughs.

You don't have a point, you have an opinion.
ALE199 29 Feb, 2020 @ 3:40pm
No need to repeat your talking point but it seems you are dodging mine.
I would care an Noble man if he could turn the tide of a battle by himself using his powerfull abilities.
Making the Nobility not work is a way to balance the game, I'm ok with the mod, I'm not ok with people like you who think Powerfull Nobility with Psychic powers that are great fighters should be also workers.
Its either have an great worker or an great fighter, if you want to ruin the balance, so be it, but don't go around saying "I hate how the powerfull fighter Nobility isn't working! The Dev should bend the knee to my will becose in history Nobility did work and [olther usless shit that dosen't matter]".
ALE199 29 Feb, 2020 @ 2:18pm
@Asturias
Wow, what an cowardly cop out,
I guess I pinned you to the wall and since you were out of bullshit to spew you just went the
"Nope,you are nitpicking and biased, I win, bye bye" route, very brave of you Count Astrurias.
ALE199 29 Feb, 2020 @ 1:19pm
@Asturias
Or have someone else take care of that?
You act as ingame Nobility is useless, while high nobility wont work, they are very powerfull in combat.
Choosing to make one of your pawn an Member of Nobility means you are making the pawn less of an Generalist/Worker and more of an Elite Soldier, this is highlighted by the ability of them calling Elite Guards in time of need or just having psychic abilities.

You yourself said "harsh world where everything wants to kill you", have an Noble man who can help in a fight can be very usefull.
ALE199 29 Feb, 2020 @ 12:58pm
@Asturias
Oh I agree some Nobility should work, maybe add an debuff for having them work becose they are royality or in rare cases refuse, while olther pawns with special traits would happily work...
But something tells me the "controverial" idea of giving an Nobility Debuff for working is wrong, if so you better have an good explenation that isn't "It's a survival game" becose its not an Survival Game.
ALE199 29 Feb, 2020 @ 11:28am
@Big Brain Gamer
I don't know bro, most of these people act like an stupid gimmick of Royality being steriotypical lazy and not working is stupid and we should have red october 2: kill dem Royality. than talking somthing something leadership, work, no fun.

I guess they forgot this is a game.
Sgt. Ligma 29 Feb, 2020 @ 11:21am
Why are you guys talking about royals in the past on Earth? This is a science fiction game lmao
Zorelnam 29 Feb, 2020 @ 4:37am
they were also not nearly as picky in food and stuff.
Zorelnam 29 Feb, 2020 @ 4:35am
the royalty thing reminds me of dwarf fortress, but even in dwarf fortress the nobles still were capable of doing work.
StoryTaleBooks 28 Feb, 2020 @ 6:09pm
The royalty that sat in their castles all day drinking partying were quickly replaced with capable royalty that got their hands dirty. Royals that don't work are easily replaced. There was a time in england where the citizens threw a parade for the invading army instead of fight them.
StoryTaleBooks 28 Feb, 2020 @ 6:07pm
In my playthru's the king is the king because he's the greatest crafter on the planet and can make the best weapons and his children inherit 75% of his skill. The DLC makes it so royalty can't work anymore? That's dumb.
Kalisa 28 Feb, 2020 @ 5:10pm
I hope they change the royalty abit in base game, the work restrictions are really insane, maybe just give them a debuff for doing those jobs, where they feel thats below their station. its the same with food, once you get up to knight/dame they cant even eat packaged meals or simple meals,. utterly refuse even if they would starve, again, should be just a mood debuff if they are forced to eat it
ALE199 28 Feb, 2020 @ 1:57pm
I agree with @Erwin Rommel
Where Royality is less of an corruption and more of an Trait, like an Kind charecter will help out olther charecter with work or issuing less decrees while someone with Hard Worker will still work.

While Neurotic charecters could issue more decrees.
Or Cannibals issuing an decree asking for Human meat or something.
Exussit 28 Feb, 2020 @ 1:34pm
Thank you for this! Was planning to make a mod like this myself before seeing this.. Perhaps an option for balance would be to add a debuff that appears while they are doing work they don't want to, and it increases the longer they are forced to do it? Thanks again :)
Bjem 28 Feb, 2020 @ 12:24pm
[suggestion]
An option to keep the default behaviour of royalties being a b*tch, but instead there's a trait, 'Humble' where royalties still act as someone just trying to survive
Mr. Exter 28 Feb, 2020 @ 8:33am
Fuck the nobles. Send them to the mines
liosalpha 28 Feb, 2020 @ 6:22am
Perfect mod!
Dovenius 27 Feb, 2020 @ 11:05pm
Thank you for this awesome mod now I can do solo noble runs!!
After messing around with this mod and having a blast an idea came to me. What if being a lazy noble was a trait like there are nobles who act like normal colonist then those others who have this noble trait that refuses to work
咕→咕↗咕↘咕↓ 27 Feb, 2020 @ 7:15pm
i love this mod
Llama 27 Feb, 2020 @ 9:24am
kinda ruins the whole idea that nobles are lazy snobs, no? I want to be a pampered creature, I want my fur combed and my hoofs polished and grapes fed to me.
