I skimmed through the patch notes, everything should work fine, feel free to report any bugs to me :)
Don't worry too much about your Prussian benefits. I suggest forming Prussia before (this gives you special bonuses in the mission tree). If you decide to do so, you can just keep the Prussian ideas. For the NGC, Tier 6 also gives you the militarization reform. Feel free to join the Discord if you have further questions :)
Not sure tho if that fixes the naming bug when forming GER. Feel free to join the discord and keep me up to date if your bug persists.
