you are giving 1 skill point too many, they get 30 but should only get 29 during levelling as they start with 1 skill point in 1 level, this goes for armies, generals, spies, dignitaries and champions.

Just a little issue I came across. when an enemy agent sabotages one of my buildings in the middle of construction it won't let me repair it or anything.

Updated for Patch 1.13; please remember these mods cannot be activated together and may interfere with other major mods like Radious, DEI, etc.

does this work when not playing as Bactria? i have used your faction trait increase for rome and it makes it a real challenge playing against them but i cant tell if these mods work when im playing against them in the campaign
