You might want play with mod load order, as far as I know you have to put unofficial patches just after game data and then other mods so they can overwrite data properly.
I figured out a way to fix this by deactivating the mod and removing vampirism and then activating the mod and getting it again
1) I do like being able to loot stuff and talking to Npc's ( as shown from Harkon vampire lords maintain their intelligence and aren't dumb as werewolf's are so it does make sense) , but when looting you can wear your normal gear and become a naked Op vampire lord really easily.
2) All the changes to vampirism are amazing and make the game a lot better and imersive but one thing I would like to be added is a fix to the vampire lord raise dead spell. That spell is currently useless having the same strength as raise zombie (In vanilla game).
If you are still willing to improve this mod adding the 2nd thing I suggested would be nice. As for the first idk if you can fix it and still keep the looting system intact. Thanks for hearing me out and I hope the best for you and your mod because I really enjoyed it overall as a mod
