Does this mod work with mini-smwh? Whenever I try to play with this mod it adds india and africa even though they should be removed.

Is it possible for someone to make a new version of this and continue his work?

Is this compatible with Historic Buildings for HIP?

Ahh, I see. I can't really reproduce that since I'm using the Steam version of Cities of Wonders (HIP&SWMH) myself without any issues. No issues appeared when I deleted all the mod files and resubscribed to the mod just to double check. But the Workshop is notorious to cause issues especially with CK2 at least, which is one of the reasons why the direct downloads are offered.

Direct download works, problem was with the steam workshop version.

I'm going to try the direct download version.

I am using Frosty 3.
kurthakon  [author] 25 Aug, 2020 @ 12:54am
What do you mean by newer version? Cities of Wonders (HIP&SWMH) only officially supports the latest version of HIP, which is Frosty3. Frosty1&Frosty2 might also work.

If you are using anything older than the Frosty versions, I can't help you I’m afraid. There just too many differences between the various branches of HIP. They also aren’t save game compatible.

CK2 crashes when generating the map. Is this a known bug? I'm using a newer version of HIP+SWMH.

Thank you for your report. It should be fixed for the next patch.

Notre Dame is using the same image as Hagia Sophia.

The most important part of the compatibility patch is the different history files. The barony setup for Roma, Constantinople, Antioch, Alexandria or Jerusalem might get weird or broken if you use the vanilla version of Cities of Wonders in HIP.

What's the compatibility patch do? I didn't know there was a compat, and I've gone through a lot of my current game, and haven't noticed any problems yet. I was hoping I wouldn't need to restart.
kurthakon  [author] 24 Mar, 2020 @ 12:14pm
Alright. No problemo, great that you figured it out! :)
kurthakon  [author] 24 Mar, 2020 @ 10:44am
Okay. Thanks for reporting this. I've identified the issue and the patch I just released should resolve it, so now it should no longer trigger for provinces that are not eligble. Also, the previous patch fixed an issue that caused the event to trigger for Great Works that were not City of Wonders.
Magnus 23 Mar, 2020 @ 12:10pm
Yes, that is correct. In this case, COW.11705 fired after completing stage 1 of a Great Works in c_lecce (345). The first option of the event (that should result in add_holding_slot = 1, after paying), takes the money, but does not add the holding slot.
kurthakon  [author] 22 Mar, 2020 @ 2:48am
Are you saying that COW.11705 is triggering while not adding holding slots?
COW.11705 should not trigger at all unless emf_can_add_holding_slot is true. This is neccessary because in SWMH they haven't added 7 holdings to every county like in vanilla.
Magnus 21 Mar, 2020 @ 1:53pm
There seems to be an issue with the add holding slot event (COW.11705). For some reason it doesn't actually add the holding slot. Not sure if it might be related to the EMF num_of_max_settlements system?

I can't reproduce this at all, so I’ll need a bit more information.

Are you playing with the SWMH module?
Are you using the latest version of HIP? (Frosty2)

What start date are you using? The First Crusade?

Are you absolutely sure this is caused by Cities of Wonders? An easy way to determine this is via a process of elimination: Try starting a new game with only Cities of Wonders HIP&SWMH disabled , if Jerusalem is still a theocracy then my COW is not to blame.

What other mods are you using? If you are using any other mods than HIP, could any of them possibly cause this?
pjy1772 17 Mar, 2020 @ 2:50am
If I take this mod with current HIP, everything works fine but the Kingdom of Jerusalem from historical starts are keep appearing as theocracy. King Bishop Godfrey....
