Since Pelador has announced their retirement from modding I made an update of this:

Not interested in making lite versions of mods to maintain. However the license for the mod allows others to make use of the materials in an alternative mod where appropriate accreditation is shown.

Any chance it's useable without the camouflage mod ? Or maybe of a standalone version with simply the camo-textured armors on a marine armor ?
