Very likely, and since i am tired of stupid and belligerent people screwing others out of this beautiful mod along with the empire ship mod i want to see if i can learn to do the work and maintain it myself, no guaranties though. i have quite a long way to go with modding this game.

Well if this mod is dead, than I suggest everyone use the Vanilla-style Star Wars Weapons mod, it's not the same, but it's fully updated, and honestly, I like it's simplicity.

Octuple turbolaser and The Conqueror Superlaser are missing models and in design screen make in thier place multi colored cubes apear with x,y,z on the sides.

Thanks for the solution, as I've had a similar problem as well as of today. Wonder if it's a bug or something. Hope the author fixes it soon.

@TheSting I found the solution to Arkplayer2711's problem. I had the same issue. The onaction doesn't trigger the turbolaser color event. The names are wrong. I had to force the event for myself and the AI.

@Arkplayer2711 open the console and type "event turbolaser_color.1" (without quotations, of course.) Be sure to use the console to play as the AI while paused** so you can trigger the event for them so they can use the weapons too. (Use the "play XX" with XX being 0-max AI number. Mine is usually 12. Type "play player" or "play 0" to return to your empire.

**It's important to keep the game paused so the AI doesn't screw up your empire while you're playing as another empire.

Edit st_Turret_XL.gfx

Make sure the file directs to:
file = "gfx/models/ships/st_empire_00/st_Turret_XL.mesh""

Confused with the editing what to edit within the st_Turret_XL.gfx and making sure it fits with the bottom one. Since the Bottom one is different from the top with a different file. so im confused. lol XD
