Gentlemen, I looked at the mod files and it's a simple script, I'm testing here more here's how I put the script with some slight changes that was actually just a word change in the script. For those who want to try it too:

on_actions = {
#FROM is the nuked province.
on_nuke_drop = {

killing everyone in whole state is both overpovered and unrealistic imo, and its op'ness gets even more extreme in smaller fronts cuz armies will get clumped up, My suggestion is, kill divisions in nuked tile %70 org and equipment damage in adecent tiles and %50 damage in next tiles,-if thats even possible to code- (numbers can be tweaked, think a change like similar to this will still make nukes a froce to be reckoned with without being too ridicilous)

I would love also a version that kills only a province because both of friendly fire and nukes becoming OP since the AI doesn't spam them as much.

@facelesspikachu, the command used - "delete_unit" cannot be filtered by province id. We also don't technically have the ability to get province id.
In addition, I generally wanted to expand the impact of a nuclear explosion to the destruction of all divisions in neighboring states, but this is too harsh:)
