There's plenty of helpful and informative tutorials on the Internet for modding Skyrim, as well as on Steam. I'd refer you to those, as they can probably help you better. :)

Oh, I just pulled that video off YouTube a long time ago, it's not representative of the mods here, just serves as an example of what mods in general can do for your game.

Thanks. I'll try. But most of the mods must be plugged to make it look like yours, yes? Or do you have additional mods on your video? Or an enb? Or is it all that you've listed?

I would suggest Sounds of Skyrim, Better Water, and HD Plants and Herbs, and then maybe add more later if those work for you.

Not all of the mods in this collection are meant to work perfectly with each other, and you have to be careful with how many you have at once. I would try just downloading a few of these and see if they work well together. Also, avoid getting multiple mods that change the same thing, like blood or water textures, unless they specifically say they work together and don't conflict.

guys what am i doing wrong? I got the whole collection. Set it to exactly the way its set up and I have NO other mods but it looks nothing like this! infact it just looks like a vanilla game! I suck at modding and every time i try, it just keeps crashing on and on and on and i give up. So i tried this collection thing and this isnt working either! The enhanced blood textures seems to work though. But nothing else!

Your system looks good enough for most of the mods in it. It helps if you can already run the vanilla game on ultra, though.

Well you aren't supposed to download every single one, and I just got that picture off the Internet... so yeah.

Rule #1 is dont get any mods that do the same thing, like "Purty Flowers 2.0" and "Kool Skyrim Flowers", and also just take into consideration the decription on the mod's page when it comes to graphical fidelity and how it would affect your PC.

I would probably choose all of the above, but first I would gather them all up in one spot, bring back the Adoring Fan from Oblivion, strap a nuke to him, throw him in the middle of the crowd, and watch the fireworks. Then, after the radioactive dust had settled and the bodies were sufficiently cooked, I would get Cicero to drizzle lemon juice and butter all over the corpses, and would then invite Alduin over for dinner.

Will this collection make my game look like the video?

Can't say that I do, has happened to me sometimes in the past, might depend on how many and what types of mods you have running together, or it could just be more of Steam's (and Gaben's) antics (glitches).

I'm getting a lot of "steam failed to download the file, steam error 16"s. Anyone know what's up with that?

So you clicked the "subscribe to all" button huh? Have you tried checking/activating all of the mods when you load up Skyrim in the Data Files?

I don't know what mods that person is using or exactly what the settings are on, except that they make the game look good.

emmm... looks fantastic, but what about your HW configuration? It looks like it will melt down my gtx 560ti ...

Some of these mods change the look of things in different ways, I wanted to give everyone the choice of what they think makes their game look better. So no, not every single one of them is compatible with each other, but most will work fine regardless.

I wish I knew man, looks pretty good. I can tell you this much though: I got this picture from the Skyrim Nexus site, someone took it in-game and then posted it on the site. There is a good chance that they listed the mods they used when taking the pic. Good luck!
