press esc and go to the mission editor, select a location and add this as a vehicle. press the test location button to spawn the plane because the devs kind of ruined the mission editor

you can spawn it using an edited workbench, or most people can just create an edited mission. you can make a custom mission to spawn this vehicle using the mission editor in the pause menu
