I thought that for pyromaniac to make more sense (real life counterparts), they would have a fire need meter like chemical interests have for drugs. They would start fires for recreation, watch them burn and put them out before they get too big. They would also be more effective at extinguishing fires.
To balance it, they would run from fire if it did get out of their control? Any thoughts?
