I just tried the 1.5 base game/ideology with this mod. The no-tech start and the primitive research projects work! But the console spams tons of errors for the other stuff x). Can't believe there aren't more mods adding early-game research.

This is just one of those mods for me that I can't play without. Mostly the terraforming part, but still.

When I had this enabled in 1.5 it made it so I couldn't right click anything outside of being drafted. Hopefully it gets updated, because this is legit one of my favourite Rimworld mods.

i made the crafting station but it only allows me to make 14 bills which makes it useless for most things and forces me to keep using the crafting spot at slow speeds.

I'm having an issue with your research patch for the Vanilla Weapons Expanded Crossbow in Research_Patches.xml. For some reason the game was unable to find the VWE_Crossbow research, so I had to comment out that patch operation

Hey, just a heads up, I was adding compat for this mod and one of my mods and I noticed you have several of the game .dlls included in your 1.4 assemblies folder. Probably an accident but wanted to let you know before it causes issues down the road. Cheers

Incompatability is solely in search area - there is some null reference while doing search.
Otherwise it is totally fine

There seems to be an incompatibility with this mod and researchpowl. Author said that they have pushed an update to adress the issue. He did said that there was some work to be done on this side, is that planned? Would love to play with both mods

Which gate?
Airlocks have mechanic of not letting through and gates/ doors are a copy of normal gates/doors.

For the longest time, there's been an issue between this mod and Pawnmorpher where morphs and former humans can't go through gates. Additionally, I found that normal pawns can't stand in the gates while drafted.

Hinges and Gates tech is neolithic but is locked behind Reinforced Structures which is medieval, this can cause a dead-lock if the player is using semi-random research and tech advancing.

Your patch for Vanilla Weapons Expanded needs an update, VWE_Crossbow got renamed to VWE_Bow_Crossbow.

No it is not and i have no idea why. It happens if i disable everything in mod except research tree so it is a problem in researchpal itself. I did notify researchpal developer in comments and its as much as i can do.

Compatibility with ResearchPowl seems to be a bit of. I can't use the search bar while using this mod. The drop down of suggestions does not show up, and nothing get's highlighted.

Is this just me?

I'm not sure this is related to this mod, but this is my most likely guess (I added a bunch of mods recently...). In order to build cooking stoves (fueled as well as electrical) I am required to include "cooking tools" as a resource. Problem ? No idea where they are crafted. Hand tools, or neolitic/primitive tools (which I've come to understand are the same thing ?), yes, cooking tools, nope. I have found a cooking tool bench from this mod in my research tree, but it seems to only boost nearby benches, nothing can be crafted in it. And help would be appreciated... if I'm in the right place ^_^;

Maybe it's just me but this doesn't completely mesh with Research Pal - Forked. I can't search for anything in the research menu with this installed :( Otherwise I really like it, it's cool!
