Light level should be considered Brightly Lit so long as it's above 50% (per game lighting.)
With that lengthy explanation of why out of the way, is there any chance you'd consider patching this to be able to use the glass from TMaterials - Glass when it's loaded, so that this doesn't happen?
Or is it a problem with my other mods?
I don't know what's causing the unwanted behaviour right now, I'll need to finish doing isolation tests.
