I'm just tryin' to check in on my mods list. For example, I had a Doormats thing from 1.4 that worked fine in 1.5.
if so, super hyped for the possible flight mechanics!! imagine spacefaring empires flying out of their gravships on dragons to go raid colonies.. ahh so much potential
it seems like the 'wandering dragon' event fails to launch and DD.mapcomponent_tracker causes massive continuous lag if the map edge is fully fogged
(like when you're doing a Vanilla Ancients Expanded vault start)
you can fix this as a player by using dev mode to unfog a small section of the map edge.
But the author should probably set it up so the attempt to launch the event ends if it can't find a place to put the dragon
Instead of erroring out when it can't place a dragon on the edge of the map, it simply... tries again every few ms... forever.
TPS drops quite significantly until you defog the map to an edge, then it picks back up. You can test this using dev mode to defog the map when things are super low TPS, a dragon spawn vent will immediately occur and the game will go back to normal speed.
Might be worth instituting a check on the Wandering dragon event; if it can't spawn after ~10 attempts, it gives up for 24 hours in game time or something.
Is it intended to need 20 gold? That's kinda a lot for the smallest ritual
